#TransferUpdate:  Exclusive: এসসি বেঙ্গালুরু'তে থাকা প্রাক্তন জাতীয় দলের স্ট্রাইকার রবিন সিং'কে ফেরাতে আগ্রহী ইষ্টবেঙ্গল। আমরা জানতে পেরেছি রবিন সিং তার প্রফেশনাল কেরিয়ারের শেষটা কলকাতায় আইএসএলে খেলেই করতে চান এবং অল্প স্যালারি'তেও কলকাতায় আসতে রাজি তিনি। রবিন সিং-এর এজেন্টরা মোহনবাগানকে গত সপ্তাহেই অ্যাপ্রোচ করেছিলো এই ডিলটার ব্যাপারে, কিন্তু আমাদের ম্যানেজমেন্ট না বলে দিয়েছে। ফলত, তারা কন্ট্র্যাক্ট করে ইমামি ইষ্টবেঙ্গল কে। সূত্রের খবর ইষ্টবেঙ্গল মার্কেটে একজন ভারতীয় স্ট্রাইকার খুঁজছে এবং তারা রহিম আলী ও ঈশান পন্ডিতা'কে অফার করেছিলো। কিন্তু এই মুহূর্তে যা খবর, এই ২জনকেই এই মরশুমে তারা দলে আনতে পারবে না। তাই তারা রবিন সিং'কে দলে ফেরানোর ব্যাপারে ভাবনাচিন্তা করছে।  আমরা যা জানতে পেরেছি, ১ বছরের চুক্তিতে ইষ্টবেঙ্গলে আসছেন রবিন এবং এই ডিলটির পিছনে খাবরা'র ও বড়ো অবদান আছে। ইষ্টবেঙ্গল যা দল বানাচ্ছে, ক্লেইটন এবং সিভেরিও'র ব্যআকআপ হিসেবে রবিন সিং বেশ ভালো সংযোজন, তা অস্বীকার করার জায়গা থাকবে না।

Do you remember Dr. Talimeren Ao? Dr. T Ao is famously known as the first captain of Independent India's football team. But, do you know, Dr Ao was a key figure of the Mohun Bagan team that time?  Born in 1918 in Kohima, Nagaland, Talimeren Ao started his career at Maharana Club. Maharana Club was one of the most successful club on Assam that time. Dr Ao joined Mohun Bagan from Maharana Club in 1943 following the footsteps of Sarat Das. Sarat Das served Mohun Bagan as captain for few years. Dr Ao was a striker in the initial stages of his carrier, but in Mohun Bagan, he played as a defender.Gostha Paul was famously known as the 'Great wall of China', but do you know, when Dr. Ao was playing for Mohun Bagan,they had a 3 man defence, and the trio was known as the same.
